5. যেহেতু ই–কমার্স মার্কেটপ্লেস সেহেতু সেলার নির্ধারিত আউটলেটসহ দেশের অভ্যন্তরের বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলের সেলার এর অনুমোদিত রিটেইলার একই দাম ও কমিশনে ক্রেতাকে প্রোডাক্ট সরবরাহ করবে।
6. সেলার অথবা সেলার অনুমোদিত রিটেইলার ক্রেতার কাছে প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ার করার ক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতা থেকে নির্ধারিত চার্জ পাবে।
7. প্লাটফর্মে উপস্থাপিত প্রোডাক্ট এর ১০০% গুনগতমান বজায় রাখতে হবে এবং ক্রেতা সন্তুষ্টির জন্য ডেলিভেরি টাইম কঠোর ভাবে মেনে চলতে হবে।
8.প্লাটফর্মে বিক্রির জন্য উপস্থাপিত প্রোডাক্ট এর কাস্টমার বিক্রয় ইনভয়েস তৈরি হবে এবং তা সেলার ড্যাশবোর্ড এ পাওয়া যাবে, যা সেলার কর্তৃক ক্রেতার কাছে পাঠাতে হবে।
9. সেলার অথবা সেলার অনুমোদিত রিটেইলার কর্তৃক অনুপযুক্ত বিলম্ব,প্যাকিং জনিত ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত প্রোডাক্ট এর জন্য প্রত্যেক সেলারকে অবশ্যই সহজ রিটার্ন পলিসি মেনে চলতে হবে।

SELLER POLICY:
Whereas, salebazarbd.com operates a global multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace through its domain whereby products of different categories from various Sellers will be marketed, sold and delivered through the Platform to overseas buyers. And whereas, the parties hereto have after mutual discussions came to an agreement that products of the Seller will be marketed by salebazarbd.com Platform. Our policies are designed to help create a fair and safe trading experience for all e-commerce users. As a seller, you're responsible for regularly reviewing and complying with e-commerce's selling policies, and for meeting your obligations as set out in our User Agreement. We recommend that you learn about e-commerce's selling policies before you list an item. This helps you avoid accidentally breaking any rules. If you fail to follow the rules, to protect the integrity of our marketplace, we may take certain actions, such as removing your listings or products and limiting your buying and selling privileges. Policies:
1. The Seller will have to apply through website salebazarbd.com necessary information, Picture, Trade License, NID, Bank Account number, Location etc. salebazarbd.com will verify seller information and approve within 3 business days.
2. The Seller will upload product informed at all times about the availability of the products in its inventory along with detailed specifications like picture, size, color, discount applicable model as may be required for the product. Order once placed on the Platform by the customer must be honored by the Seller with payment.
3. Customer payment mode will be online or cash on delivery, after complete any order seller will update the status of order through website.
4. Seller will have to pay 10% of every transaction value to salebazarbd.com within 24 hours for every successfully completed order.
5. As salebazarbd.com is an e-commerce market place, seller will supply product to customer from seller’s outlet and their authorized reseller inside country with same price and commission.
6. Seller and their authorized reseller will get currier charge from customer, if the send product to customer by courier.
7. To maintain customer trust, the Seller must maintain 100% same product quality and specifications as that of the sample upload to salebazarbd.com and agrees to strictly maintain the delivery timeline.
8. For Seller’s products sold through the Platform, payment invoices will be generated by salebazarbd.com and will be available via the platform on Sellers dashboard, Seller’s MRP will be issued by the Seller during the listing of product.
9. Seller and their authorized reseller recommend to maintain easy return policy for inappropriate delay and packing related damage.
10. Sellers are strictly prohibited from making offers to buy or sell outside of salebazarbd.com
11. Seller’s performance will be evaluated every month based on customer response time, product price, behavior, payment etc.
SELLING POLICY:
All classified Products ads and transactions on salebazarbd.com must comply with the Classified Ad Guidelines and Sellers Agreement. Sellers and buyers are responsible for all aspects of transactions in which they participate. Furthermore, sellers and buyers are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions for the city, county, which both the buyer and seller reside. This includes laws, regulations, or restrictions on items and services, and the method of sale or exchange in which buyers and sellers participate on salebazarbd.com
1. Offensive Material:
Classifieds that promote hatred, violence, racism, or intolerance are not permitted on salebazarbd.com. It is the responsibility of both the seller and the buyer to ensure that transactions completed on salebazarbd.com are for items and services that are appropriate for sale under all applicable laws and regulations. salebazarbd.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to refuse, reject or remove any classified ad at our sole discretion. There are some things that you may not list or sell on salebazarbd.com. These include:

2. Firearms and ammunition
3. Fireworks and explosives
4. Government IDs and police items
5. Hacking and illegal surveillance equipment
6. Hazardous goods
7. Illegal counterfeit goods
